Production & Dispatch

Your order enters our atelier rather than a warehouse. Pattern-making, construction, fittings, and final hand-finishing are completed before anything ships: typically sixteen to twenty weeks from confirmation, depending on the design. We confirm a timeline in writing at your consultation and dispatch only once the gown is finished and approved.

How Your Order Travels

Fully insured, door to door.
Signature required on delivery; never left unattended.
Boxed and garment-protected, in discreet, unbranded outer packaging.

Turkey (domestic): 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–6 business days
United Kingdom & rest of Europe: 4–7 business days
North America: 5–8 business days
Rest of world: 7–12 business days

Transit times are estimates and may vary with customs clearance and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders within Turkey are quoted with all applicable taxes included. For international shipments, prices exclude import duties and taxes, which are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility, payable on or before delivery.

In-Atelier Collection

Finished gowns may be collected by appointment at our Istanbul or Paris atelier, with no shipping charge.

Tracking

You are notified when your order is finished, when it is dispatched, and how to track it. A named atelier contact remains available to you from order to arrival.
