How long does it take to prepare my order?

Every Labiarge piece is made to order. Rather than producing excess inventory, we create each garment specifically for you after your order is placed.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 15 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship internationally.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Exchanges

As each Labiarge piece is made to order, we do not accept returns.

We offer one exchange per order, provided the request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

To request an exchange, please email info@labiarge.com with the reason for your exchange. Your full name and order number must be included in the subject line of your email.

Exchange requests submitted without prior email approval will not be accepted.

Once your returned item reaches our atelier, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange requirements. If approved, your replacement item will be prepared and shipped.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All Labiarge pieces are made to order. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 15 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders over ₺20,000.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Exchange Conditions

• One exchange is permitted per order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.
• Worn, washed, altered or damaged items cannot be exchanged.
• Items showing signs of wear, including stains, tears, stretched fabric, pulled seams, or any deformation to the garment’s original shape, will not be accepted.
• Items carrying strong perfume, deodorant or other scents, or showing cosmetic marks or similar traces of use, are not eligible for exchange.
• Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set. Partial exchanges are not accepted.
• The returned parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it has been delivered to our exchange address. Labiarge is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and ensuring your package is securely wrapped.

What if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has a manufacturing issue, please contact info@labiarge.com within seven days of delivery.

To help us assist you efficiently, please include your order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the issue. Where possible, we also recommend attaching photographs of the product.

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, Labiarge will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange.
